The total amount of your reservation must be paid upon arrival at the hotel. For guarantee,valid credit card details are required. An advance deposit is not necessary. The validity of the credit card will be checked before your arrival at the hotel.

Outside fair-and event dates a cancellation or modification free of charge is possible until 6pm day of arrival. In case of later cancellation/amendment a late cancellation fee of 90% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card and your reservation will be cancelled.

In case of no show without prior notification, a no-show fee of 90% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card and the booking will be cancelled.
